Intimations, reclamations

We are providing annually more than 100.000 services and are establishing as many interpersonal relations with the service requesting population and functionaries of state institutions, so problems and mistakes can appear even if we do everything to prevent problems. A specific element of the Foundation's spirit is the attention for identifying, analyzing and resolving problems and mistakes, a process that can improve the activity of the organization and the links with the population and institutions. Intimations are taken in serious, in case of observations, critics or reclamations we are inquiring what has happen and we are responding and taking attitude by responding about the results and the taken measures. Obviously to react so, we need a written intimation, signed and contact data with domicile, phone number or/and e-mail anonymous intimations are not taken in account as serious acts.
