The four branches of the CFD have provided in 2011, in four county's (Bihor, Cluj, Mureș, Covasna) and linked 102 localities, by the 31 work points where are working 122 employees, 126.690 services, to 7.081 aged, very often lonely and chronic patients and persons in need.

 


 

Branch Cluj – in 5 working points (Cluj Napoca, Bonțida, Cojocna, Săvădisla, Mera) by 65 employees offers accredited and partially financed (by the State institutions) services . These services are grouped in the next programs:

  • Palliative (terminal) home care services (unfinanced by the State)

Branch Targu Mureș – in 7 working points, by 11 employees offers accredited and partially financed (by the State institutions) services. These services are grouped in the next programs:

In claim for expected services the next data are necessary usually:

 

Social, medical and palliative home care services

  • Copy of identity card (Xerox)
  • Income or pension certificate
  • Hospital leave bill, medical letter with recommendations
  • Occasionally a written request (demand for ...)
  • These data, official papers are necessary to elaborate the social inquiry, to evaluate the status of health or illness, the individual treatment plan, (with the list of necessary treatment/home care procedures), to elaborate the care contract and the final balance of the situation, which all are legal obligations of any home care provider. The for mentioned acts are controlled by the National Health Insurance House and The Ministry of Work and Social Protection monthly, as contractual obligations.
